Mirada Exclusive Bodrum

It's only my first day here, with two more days left, so these are just my initial impressions. The beach and swimming area are much smaller than the promotional pictures led me to expect, which was a surprise for a resort in this category. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are comfortable and well kept, and the buffet is outstanding for quality, variety, and presentation. Service so far hasn't matched those strengths: replies to requests can be slow, and many staff haven't shown the warmth or attentiveness I'd expect at a luxury resort. I hope the rest of my stay goes better. The place has a lot going for it, and better service and guest engagement could make it one of the region's best.

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to make an exception for this hotel. We had a wonderful stay, with a spacious room, excellent food, and staff who were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. There was nothing negative for me, and everything went perfectly from beginning to end. I'd gladly come back. Highly recommended.

The resort and rooms were very clean, and it had a nice family feel. Staff were polite and attentive. Food was decent, though the choices felt much the same each day. We could use the gym, sauna, and steam room, which was nice, and the private beach was lovely despite having very little sand. The loungers were uncomfortable, with no padding. A lot of the extras felt wildly expensive: washing one T-shirt was 8 euro, a jet ski cost 190 euro for 30 minutes, a 60-minute massage was 155 euro, and shisha was 40 euro compared with 5 euro in town. Entertainment lacked variety too, with the same DJ or singer doing the same songs every night. The extra restaurants had very limited menus, so we might as well have stuck to the buffet. There was no ingredient or allergy information on the food. The worst part was all the smoking outside. It was hard to enjoy a meal or relax outdoors for long without several people smoking right in your face. Miranda Management Team, the smoking areas need sorting out. Pregnant women, children, and elderly guests shouldn't have to pay full price and put up with that.

Getting around was inconvenient because the hotel is quite far from most attractions and services. It also felt very family-oriented and was often noisy, so it wasn't easy to relax. My room didn't match the standard I've had at other hotels in this category or what I expected from the description and photos. The food was below average, with limited quality and variety. I left feeling the hotel hadn't met my expectations, and hope they improve the rooms, dining, and guest comfort.
