There was plenty of fresh food, and lots of other places to eat nearby. The sea and pool were sometimes cold, but still refreshing. The staff were friendly, the room was cleaned well every day, the beach was nice and clean, and there were good market strips outside the hotel. A boat trip is well worth it, we had an amazing time. The big problem for me was the smoke. Most people smoked everywhere: at the beach and pool, in the restaurant at every meal, in seating areas, during the entertainment, outside the lobby, and outside our room. If you don't mind smoke, this may not bother you, but I found it disgusting and incredibly hard to escape, especially when trying to eat. We missed all the entertainment because the seating area became a smoke pit every night. We spent much of the start of the trip at the beach, but smoke kept blowing at us from every direction, so we couldn't relax. We moved to the pool, where it was better because fewer people sat there. Even the taxi back to the airport reeked of smoke.

We paid for three adults and were given a room meant for two, with an extra bed squeezed in. The room was badly outdated and even the door seemed to be coming apart. The food was awful too, easily the worst all-inclusive meals I’ve had. We had to eat out. What they called meatballs looked worse than dog food, and I wouldn’t feed them to my dog. We were told we could change rooms, but when I explained the problem to the morning receptionist, he stared up at the ceiling instead of listening. Our key card also kept failing. I went to reception four times and still couldn’t get it fixed. I usually spoke Turkish there, but the last time I said in English, “my card is not working.” The short, rude man at the desk turned to the woman beside him and said “bunlar ne zaman geldi,” meaning “when did they arrive,” in a tone that made it sound like he wanted us gone. I answered in Turkish, “dun aksam” (last night). He was clearly shocked that I understood him. It’s disgusting to treat paying guests that way. The staff were extremely rude, the food was disgusting, and the hotel was nowhere near worth even one star. Avoid it and spend your money somewhere else.

The meals were tasty, though there wasn’t much variety and desserts were scarce. Staff were friendly, but sometimes loud and unprofessional. The beach is small, with loungers squeezed close together, a bit like Greek resorts such as Pefkohori. The sea felt colder than in Antalya and it was windy. We ended up asking to change rooms the morning after arrival. We’d first been placed in a dated, neglected annex room across the street, about 100 meters from the main beachfront building, because there was no room in the main complex. The air conditioning barely worked and had cobwebs on it, the doors had visible 2 cm gaps, and the nearby club noise made sleep almost impossible. Staff politely offered a newer, quieter room in the main building for an extra fee. It was in better shape, but only had a small window onto an interior hallway, so it felt dark and closed in. Music from the clubs still came through until about 3 AM, and staff working in rooms above guest rooms made noise late at night too. Wi-Fi reached the room inconsistently. When it did work, speeds were around 2-6 Mbps, so don’t count on reliable internet. The hotel is roughly a 45-minute drive from Bodrum Airport, in Gümbet, where narrow, busy streets are full of shops, restaurants, cafes, and nightclubs. Handy for nightlife, but not for a quiet break. The poor sleep, weak soundproofing, and limited amenities outweighed the decent food and staff for me. I wouldn’t return. Compared with Antalya four-star hotels like Felicia Village, Pascha Bay, and Belek Beach, this place is far behind in comfort and quality.

We booked a sea-view room, but were first put in a cottage where all we could see was the roof and a tiny strip of sea, maybe 5 cm. After about 30 minutes talking with the agency and receptionist, we got another room that they called superior. It was bigger and had a sea view, but it was so dirty, with stains on the walls, sheets, and bathroom, that we couldn’t stay there. They wanted an extra 15€ a day for that “superior” room. We told the manager we were willing to pay more, as long as we got a clean room. The third room was cleaner, though still poorly maintained. The hotel claims four stars, but it felt more like two. It’s very old, dirty, and barely maintained. The bar and restaurant also look old, as if they haven’t been renovated in 20 years. The all-inclusive food felt like canteen fare rather than a buffet, with similar meals each day and leftovers reused in different dishes. The pool looked so dirty we didn’t dare dip a toe in, in case we caught something. A complete disappointment. The photos look edited, and for what it costs, it isn’t worth it. Please choose somewhere else.

The staff were nice, and the rooms were acceptable, though dated. You can get into the city center by bus. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included, but the food feels a lot like a college dining hall. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work about half the time, and there isn’t even an iron. I’d look at other hotels nearby, especially if you’re under 60.
