The pool was nice, and the staff were kind and flexible. They were always looking for ways to make the experience better.

The hotel feels cozy and is in a handy location. There's an arrangement with a nearby otopark, where hotel guests can park overnight for a reasonable rate. The manager and owner were friendly and supportive, and the whole team was kind and professional. The owner's dog is a sweet addition, and I liked the pool too. A few small things could be better: the in-room internet was slow, rooftop room water pressure varied, and the bathrooms had a slightly odd smell. A complimentary air freshener might help. The minibar items have a reasonably small charge. The pillows weren't comfortable, though the mattresses were fine. None of this affected our stay, and we had a very nice experience.

We came away from Swan Boutique Hotel with lovely memories, especially of how everyone helped make my grandmother's birthday special. We’d happily return next summer. It worked well for our family stay, and the location is a real highlight: the marina is about a two-minute walk down a slope, and there are several good restaurants nearby, including Musto Bistro. Merve, who owns and manages the hotel, was hardworking, enthusiastic and clearly cared about her job. Her brother Mert and the small team, including Aytul at the morning reception, made us feel at home. Coco was another memorable part of the stay. She loves attention and barks if you don't give her some, so dog lovers will enjoy meeting her. We took pictures with Coco that we'll always remember from Bodrum. The property has been renovated. Beyond the entrance and the basic rooms at the front, there's a medium-sized pool, plenty of outdoor seating and a bar for drinks or snacks. Laundry is available, usually handled by Merve, for 200 liras per piece to wash and another 200 per piece to dry. The main building has suites and four rooms on the ground floor. There are 14 rooms altogether, and the hotel was full when we left. We had two people in each of suites 102 and 104. They were spacious enough for a couple, with a bedroom, living room and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms a good size. The sofa converted to a bed with a sheet, pillow and blanket. In the living room cupboard were a mini fridge stocked with drinks for purchase, tissues, cups and saucers, a coffee machine and pods, a kettle, tea bags, sugar and sweetener. The rooms were clean and sanitized at check-in, had plenty of storage and included a TV in the living room. A few practical details: there were no dishes, bowls, plates or cutlery in the room. In the summer, the lounge got very hot because it had no AC. The bedroom AC made that room freezing, while the lounge stayed hot, so we asked reception for a small fan. The WiFi signal also didn't reach the bedroom in Room 102. For stays longer than about three days, daily cleaning would have been welcome. Staff made the bed and changed dirty towels, but didn't do deeper cleaning such as vacuuming. The hotel is easy to enter for wheelchair users and older guests, with no major steps or obstacles, though there's no elevator to the upper floor of this ground-plus-one building. It suited us very well overall.

We came from New Zealand and had a really special time in Bodrum, even though our visit was short. The owners were lovely, and the hotel has new facilities, great views and a fantastic location. The team shared tourist recommendations, stored our luggage and even helped us get to the hospital when we had an infected foot. It was a wonderful experience, and I can't recommend the place highly enough.
