I’ve never seen worse service. There was zero hospitality, and they wouldn’t even answer when I spoke to them, for no reason.

A paradise for relaxing and a honeymoon.

The fireplace in the restaurant made it feel warm and peaceful. Dinner was excellent: the mixed grill was among the best meat I’ve had, whether at home or abroad. Of about 1.5 kg, only two pieces had tendon, which was quite acceptable. The Abant salad sauce was a little strong for us, though that’s a matter of taste, and the rice pudding was delicious. We arrived Friday evening, found our rooms clean, and were treated with great respect and friendliness by everyone, starting with the man at reception. The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty; we ordered menemen, and the buttery smell was wonderful. The quality of service and the friendly staff made us happy, especially knowing we could stay here with our family and feel at ease. It’s become one of our favorites. They deserve what they charge, and really made us say, “well done.” 😊

The location was nice, and our room was adequately clean, but the poor soundproofing ruined the night. We could hear everything from the next room. We booked based on Google reviews and stayed one night at the beginning of the year. Around 1-2 AM, we called reception several times about the rude, disrespectful people making noise, but got no response or solution. We couldn’t sleep at all. Prices are different on special occasions: we paid 25,000 TL for one night because dinner was included, but dinner shouldn’t amount to just a couple of appetizers and a salad. If you charge 2.5 times the price, the service should be better. We weren’t satisfied and wouldn’t choose this place again. I hope they take this into consideration.
