The hosts are friendly, and the rooms are super clean. The sea view is amazing, and the location is perfect, close to the city center. Breakfast has lots of good options, and they also offer beach club discounts. The price for what you get is awesome.

We had a lovely stay as a couple, and I think some of the other negative reviews are exaggerated. The hotel is in a quiet spot just above the island's busy area, with plenty of convenient parking. From the moment you walk in, you're warmly greeted and shown to your room. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and quiet, and the landscaping is lovely. We enjoyed coffee in the pleasant garden. The owner and staff are very kind and sweet. Breakfast could be improved: it felt a bit limited, and the hot dishes in particular were lacking, though the cold items weren't bad, especially the strawberry purslane salad. Room service was helpful when we asked, but basic things like water should be available without having to request them. These two areas could improve over time. It's a very lovely place for the island.

We were very pleased with how clean everything was, and parking was available. The hotel is very close to the center, and the breakfast was very good too. Thanks to all the staff, especially Ms. Sultan. Everyone was kind and helpful.

The rooms are comfortable, but for the price, the value felt inadequate. We learned the hotel is only two years old and could still improve, so I wouldn't recommend it for now. There wasn't a phone in the room to call reception, even though there was a phone line. The TV remote didn't work, and with no phone we couldn't report it. Breakfast was weak: the buffet only had tea, with Turkish fried dough as the only hot option. Omelets or fried eggs were available, but they wanted an extra charge for menemen. We had the same breakfast both days.
