The good points first: the rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the place was quiet and peaceful. Ayazma and Sulubahçe beaches are a 10-minute walk away, and although the water is cold, it’s wonderfully clear. The center is about 15 minutes by minibus. We spent most of our time at the beach and in town, so we mainly used the place for sleep and breakfast and didn’t get much time to sit in the garden. For a two-night stay, I’d suggest adding a hair dryer to the rooms and fixing the protruding, exposed sockets, which seem like a safety issue. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and we woke up feeling beaten :( Replacing them would help. If these things improve, it could be a nice affordable option compared with island prices.

The beaches are walkable, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is delicious. Ms. Merve made us feel at home with her warm smile and attentiveness, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Lovely hospitality and a fantastic location. Definitely go, you won’t regret it.

Ayazma and Sulubahçe beaches are close enough to walk to, and the breakfasts are excellent. Merve Hanım is especially helpful and friendly. I don’t think it’s fair to look for faults when the owners aren’t like the greedy, scammer shopkeepers on the island. It’s one of the best places to stay here.

Sulubahce Beach is excellent and only 300 meters from the vineyard house; Ayazma is a 10-15-minute walk away. You can reach the beaches without a car, even though I came by car. The place stays cool and airy at night, and with its location and service, it’ll be my first choice again. I’m still staying here, and the breakfast has a top-notch spread, from pastries to fried eggs and other options. The staff are attentive, the rooms are clean, and the garden setting feels very spacious.
