The one thing that could use attention is the insects around the property. Part of the hotel overlooks a lovely green, forested mountain, which naturally draws insects and mosquitoes. Balcony screens could let fresh air in while keeping them out of the rooms. I’d also suggest checking the beds regularly, since some felt a little unstable and less comfortable than I expected. The stay was wonderful, and I’d be happy to return. The property is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Marriott is a trusted name, and this Vadistanbul branch lives up to it. I hope it keeps up this standard. My thanks to everyone, especially Ms. Fatimah - Fatma Abla from Housekeeping and Mr. Adem - Adem Abi from Guest Services, along with the Front Desk and Concierge/Bell Service teams. They were kind, professional, hospitable, and quick to respond to every request.

What made our stay memorable was the service from Emre, your Floor Manager. He handled everything on our floor flawlessly and made a real effort to make us feel welcome. He was discreet, attentive, and so professional, exactly what you hope for in high-end hospitality. People with his level of skill are rare, and he’s a great asset to the team. Please pass on our sincere thanks. The hotel itself is stunning.

My apartment at Marriott Executive Apartments Istanbul was spacious, comfortable, and kept in great condition. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and happy to help. Züleyha deserves special thanks for keeping my room spotless throughout my stay. Her care with the details, dedication, and warm manner made me feel welcome and looked after.

Fatih Sari deserves special thanks for being professional, kind, and so attentive. People like him make a stay memorable. We spent 9 lovely days here and were delighted with the rooms, breakfast, service, and staff. It’s a little far from the city center, but the atmosphere, comfort, and hospitality make up for that. We’d happily come back next time.
