It’s a quiet spot that works well for families, and the station for the Uludag ski resort is nearby. The owner was very kind and upgraded our room.

The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. It’s tucked into a calm area close to the city center. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and helped us work out where to go and how to get there. We were surprised by how great our stay at Araz Apartment In Bursa was. I’ll book here whenever I’m back in Bursa. 10/10, would recommend. 👍🏻

The room was clean and well organized, and Mr. Acder kept checking whether we needed anything. We’re so grateful for everything he did. We lost our special needs son’s wheelchair stroller, worth over $3000, and he stayed up until he managed to find it. He called me around 2:30 am with the good news. His help put a smile on our faces again. Mr. Acder is one of the kindest and most respectful hotel owners I’ve met. May God bless you and your family. I’d give you 10 stars 🤗🙏🏻

I spent 17 nights at Araz Apart and another 2 at Yankı hotel. The staff were really friendly, and the cleaning service was very good. Mr. Ejder and Hilal hanım helped me with so many things. I got the best deal with them. Thanks so much to both of them.
