What bothered me most was the receptionist trying to get me to say Turkish swear words while he was on a video call. I looked them up as it was happening. That felt impolite. The room, 201, was small, and the shower head couldn't be fixed in place, so I had to hold it the whole time. I paid 800 lira for one night at this hotel in borsa, and after that stay I can't say I liked the experience.

There’s no elevator, so hauling big bags up or down from the second or third floor would be really hard. The room didn't feel clean, and the bed cover and quilt cover were damaged. Outside the window was horribly disgusting, with lots of pigeon shit, so don't open the curtain or window if you want to feel good. At ₺1850 for a night, it wasn't worth it. You could get a much better room in Bursa for that price. I definitely wouldn't recommend booking this Airbnb to friends.

The location was a real plus: we could get around to many city spots easily, and the bus terminal was especially handy. For the price, I think it's a good option if you mainly need somewhere to sleep between outings. More demanding guests looking for a higher standard probably won't be satisfied. The owner was kind and helpful, and any issues we had were sorted out by talking normally. We had a very large room in this traditional-looking hotel, though the building itself is quite old. The wooden floors carried every footstep, especially at night. Hot water sometimes failed to come, which made showers less comfortable, and breakfast was pleasant but too small to be enough.

Cigarette smoke from the reception gets through the whole hotel. If you can't tolerate that smell, I wouldn't stay here.
