The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and have the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities are impeccable, with a modern feel. What made GLOBAL TERMAL memorable for me was the manager's attention and hospitality. He was available, courteous, and genuinely keen to meet guests' needs quickly, helping make each stay feel special. In Bursa, GLOBAL TERMAL feels like more than just a place to sleep. The professionalism and warmth made this an experience every traveler should have.

For what we paid, everything was fine and the experience was good. Breakfast was decent, though the staff spoke only Turkish and didn’t know English. They still managed everything. Thanks! I couldn’t take any photos to upload.

The area is quiet and there’s a nice city view from the nearby park, though it’s a long way from the center. The hotel itself is small, with a spacious, clean room and a simple, good breakfast. Service felt fair for the price.

The pools were filthy, with dust, hair, and fur on the handrails and underfoot. We asked to use a different pool, but they moved us back to the first one, which was in just as bad a state. We also tried the Turkish bath, but after only 10 minutes the attendant said our time was up. It was my wife and me, and we had to go straight back upstairs. Our rooms were stuffy and in terrible condition. On the first day they moved us to a room with a toilet window. The next day we were put in the attic, where there was no proper window, just a tiny ventilation opening. It felt like a tomb. The toilet was dirty, clearly unwashed, and smelled strongly of urine. On day three, we paid ourselves to move to a double room, but its bathroom was still wet and dirty, with urine stains. There was a lot of noise in the rooms. I was trying to sleep while a cleaner cursed at other guests, saying, “It's a waste of our efforts, God damn it!” They played music while cleaning the next room, and since we’d checked in late the night before, I ended up listening to it too. Nobody seemed to know what anyone else was doing. They tried to put us in room 302, but when I went downstairs because it was dirty, the staff just looked at one another. We were missing basics like toilet paper, towels, and a hairdryer. If anyone still goes and stays in the attic, don’t open the window. A cat jumped on me at night and scared me badly. It was a miserable experience and a waste of our money.

The hotel is in a great location, and the reception staff who worked day and night were very helpful. I’m grateful to them. Our room was warm and the linens were clean, but being on the ground floor made the night miserable. We were in room 101, right beside reception, and couldn’t sleep with the phone ringing at night and people making noise during the day. The bed was so uncomfortable that we woke up aching. They told us we could use the Turkish bath for an hour. When our turn came between 11 and 12 at night, they gave us room number 1. There was someone else’s towel inside. The steps to the pool were covered in dirt, and I don’t even want to describe the pool. If they can’t keep it hygienic, they shouldn’t offer that service. Breakfast was another letdown. The staff saw us enter the room, but there were no plates and they went inside without saying anything. The food was basic, cheese, olives, and eggs, probably fine for people who don’t want a hot breakfast. We skipped it.
