I couldn't even bring myself to shower because the place was so dirty. Hair was everywhere, including on the bed, sofas, floors, in the bathroom, and in the jacuzzi, which also had nail polish stains. There were dusty clumps by the bed, and the walls were awful. They said it was cleaned regularly, but that felt like a joke. The room shouldn't need cleaning only after I ask. I was completely disappointed and would have been better off sleeping in my car. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews.

When I want somewhere lively to eat, have a drink, or take an evening walk, this is a great area. For sightseeing in Bursa, the hotel is also well placed, with the main street and metro within walking distance and easy access to places around the city. The hotel itself is tidy, clean, and has friendly staff. I come back whenever I get the chance; I don't feel the need to search for another place.

At night you can hear the guests making notorious amounts of noise all along the street. The staff themselves sit outside the door watching videos at full volume until morning. This is the worst place I've ever seen, and I don't think anyone with self-respect would stay here.

The top floor was a nice touch, and Mr. Tarık was helpful about the price, so I picked this place for a day trip. But the room wasn't as spacious as the photo suggested. It got so hot in the daytime sun that it felt like a fireball. I was suffocating and kept stepping out onto the balcony to get some air. There was no ventilation except opening the balcony door, and I think the air conditioning was broken in my room. There wasn't a full-length mirror either. The sheets were dusty and wrinkled, and didn't seem very hygienic. The bathroom had conditioner and shower gel but no shampoo, and there was only a bath towel, no hand or face towels. For a place that should be kept up so well, there were too many things missing. The owner would help the business by taking care of these problems.
