2/10
The staff made promises that weren’t kept, and extra fees came up after I’d booked. The details I was given beforehand didn’t match what I found, and communication was confusing and misleading enough to cause me serious problems. I had a very bad stay and don’t consider this hotel trustworthy. Be very cautious before booking.

The terrace and garden were nice places to unwind after exploring, and I appreciated having free parking and quick Wi-Fi. My room was roomy, spotless, and had all the basics, including a kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Bursa Park Apart Hotel is right in the city center, near transit, shops, and historic spots, so it worked well for my stay. I’d happily return to Bursa and recommend it for either a short or longer visit.

The staff are kind and helpful, and our room is clean and very good. I'm here with my family and we love this place. Thanks a lot for the good service. I'll definitely come back.

You get plenty of space and the room is equipped with what you need. The location is fantastic for a visit to Bursa. Highly recommend it.

We spent 20 days here and liked everything. The apartment was laid out well and had all we needed, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It's close to the city centre, too. I'd recommend it without hesitation for couples or solo travellers.
