The rooms were clean and the staff were kind to people. It's a comfortable hotel with a varied breakfast menu, although the same breakfast is served every day. If you're coming to buy clothes, I'd recommend booking here. The hotel is in the middle of shops specializing in wholesale, with some also selling retail.

The hotel is two streets down from the main street, and Aya Sofya is almost a 40-minute walk away at a slow pace. Breakfast was good, but the coffee was very bad, and on the first day the bread seemed maybe two days old. Nobody on staff spoke a word to anyone in our group. While we waited for our guide, they had the TV on very loud. Not even a hello or goodbye.

This can't possibly be a 4-star hotel. We were without electricity for an hour, and the rooms were old and disgusting, with a view of an old backyard. The bathroom is better left unmentioned. A nightmare! 👎

The rooms and breakfast were good, and the staff were friendly. But the location isn't great, since it's in a place with a lot of traffic and noise.

The reception guy was awful. When I checked out, he shouted at me and used bad words. At check-in I said I wanted to pay by card, but they told me the card wasn't working. How can a hotel's ATM machine not work? The air conditioning in the room blew hot air, and the breakfast was very bad. Everything was bad. Zero stars, the worst hotel in Istanbul.
