The hotel was filthy, with dust everywhere, unchanged sheets, and a disgusting level of hygiene. My request for clean linen was ignored. The whole building smelled of stale tobacco. Sound carries everywhere: you can hear neighbors from several floors away, and the floorboards shake enough to rattle the windows. I have no respect for the people giving it five stars or for whoever licensed this as a three star hotel. Avoid it.

The room stayed warm despite the snowfall. It was small and upstairs, reached by steep stairs with no lift. The washrooms had no accessories.

We stayed one night, and for the price it was worthwhile. The location is the hotel's best feature. There's no lift, so we had to carry our luggage to the first floor, though the receptionist helped us.

It's hard for me to find much good to say, even though I'm usually optimistic. The room was awful, with cigarette butts in the bathroom, hair on the floor, and what seemed to be a broken bed. Every footstep or movement from the hallway and other rooms came through, so sleeping was difficult.

The people here have made my first stay in Turkey a beautiful, life changing memory. They're kind and friendly, check in on you, and make sure your needs are taken care of. The service has been great and the rooms are always clean. After seeing all the good reviews for kule hotel online, I felt I'd chosen well, and my experience has proved that right. I'm so grateful for this wonderful stay and highly recommend booking here for a vacation in Bursa. I'm sure you won't regret it ❤️👍💯😃
