The location is exceptionally good, very close to historic Bursa, and the place is central and quite cheap. But the apartment and its furnishings are old, the lights were very dim, and cleanliness is questionable. Anyone with allergies should know there's a cat at reception. They need to give more attention to cleaning and the furniture.

A few hundred meters from the Bazar and the old downtown, so the location worked really well. The rooms were in perfect shape, and the owner clearly cared about making our stay memorable. Great service and very good value for money!

The price felt excellent for what we got, especially given the location. There was plenty of space, and everything was very clean. It exceeded my expectations.

We got a large apartment for a good price, and the staff were really kind. Amazing place, I recommend it!

The staff were helpful and nice, and the internet worked great for international video calls. We were comfortable and had what we needed, so the stay felt worth the price. Our attic room was only partly insulated and stayed cold, which meant keeping the heat on all the time. There was a definite cigarette smell in the hotel, too. The toilet was broken, so we had to turn its water on and off between uses. Just don't come expecting luxury.
