The shower head was broken, and there wasn’t any toilet paper. On top of that, I was charged 300 Turkish Lira for paying by credit card. They quoted a good price when I reserved, then raised it at check-in. I couldn’t find another hotel at that hour, so I felt like they’d taken my money. I consider this a scam and wouldn’t tell anyone to come here.

For 20$CAD, this was great value, and you can walk to all the main attractions. The reception staff even lent me their cell phone while I tried to sort out an issue with the rental car company. They wouldn’t accept payment when I offered, and they brought me free tea whenever I waited in the lobby. Great hotel.

For a short visit to Bursa’s historic sites or a stopover in the city, this place has what you need for the price. The room was clean and pleasant, with a shower and hot water, and the staff were friendly. I think of it as a Hilton among three-star hotels.

The room smelled of cigarettes and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The condition of the rooms and the staff were both deplorable. They knowingly gave us a room full of bed bugs, then refused to reimburse us. Horrible hotel, avoid it.

The room was basic, and the staff were kind, though not many spoke English. We couldn’t find a bar showing the World Cup qualifying match, so they happily let us watch it at reception. Thanks!
