Kutlucan Oldtown Hotel

We were a large family group, 10 adults and three children aged 10, 3, and 1, and booked four rooms. The hotel made visiting Bursa much easier for all ages. We could walk to Ulu Cami, Koza Han, Grand Bazaar, Zafer Plaza, and Tophane Park, and the famous bazaar is just steps away. There's an elevator, and the rooms were spacious enough for my two active children to play in. Breakfast is served on an indoor rooftop with a magnificent view. The front desk staff were very kind and arranged shuttles at a very good price to Cumalikizik, Uludag, and the bus station. The cable car was under maintenance, so we needed transport to Uludag. I'd been to Bursa before and brought my family to experience the city. I'm glad we found this hotel, it made their trip even better.

Breakfast was a filling open buffet with a good range of food, and the gym had more than enough equipment. The hotel also has a spa and parking lot, though we didn't use either. We picked the suite for three and found it comfortable, well designed, and clean. Thanks to the housekeepers for keeping it that way. Its central location was the reason we chose the hotel, and we could easily walk to Ulu Camii and Koza Han. Tuncay was very helpful, and the other staff were good too. If you want an affordable, clean room in the city center, give Kutlucan Oldtown a try.

I was very satisfied with the clean, fully equipped rooms and the warm welcome each time I came or went. The hotel is right in the Bazaar, with major city sights within walking distance. Guests can also use the large car park beside the hotel for free. For me, it's the best choice in Bursa.

We had a great stay and would return. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread suited our four nights perfectly. Our level four room had a view of Ulu Cami and the bazaar, which we loved. It was roomy enough for two, with a coffee table and chairs for eating in, plus a mini fridge. The hot shower worked well, and we could ask for daily cleaning and fresh towels. The location is superb: close to the bazaar and under a five minute walk from Heykel bus and T1 tram station, as well as Tuzpazari T3 tram station. Thanks for the hospitality.
