The reception man was really helpful and nice. The location is good, but I wouldn’t recommend bringing a baby here unless you’re visiting in winter. The floor was so dirty that our baby couldn’t crawl, and the room had no AC. They said the wooden construction means it won’t feel hot, but even with a fan it was still very hot in summer. A hotel without AC, seriously? The toilet smelled bad, and there were lots of flies in the room because there’s a government rubbish bin outside. All three pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and hurt our necks. It was also very noisy outside the room, so we couldn’t rest, especially our baby.

The best thing here is the location, right in a lively, central neighborhood that still feels authentic. The rest was hard to recommend. There’s no AC, which makes sleeping difficult during Bursa’s summer, the bathroom floods almost every time because the shower is in the middle of it, and the Wi-Fi rarely works. Almost nobody speaks English, so asking for anything is difficult. For the rooms and service, the prices feel far too high compared with other places in Bursa.
