Loft Suite Residence

The room was dusty, the floors hadn't been wiped, and the sheets had hair and blood stains. We asked for clean ones but were told to look in the cupboard on the top floor. The sheet there had hair on it too. The toilet wasn't clean either. They'd only sprayed water around and left us to dry it. There was no duvet available when we asked, so we covered ourselves, heads and all, and managed about five hours before leaving. In the morning I had trouble breathing and felt sick, and I couldn't go to work the next day. I had to get a doctor's note. They claimed there was parking, but the place they described was a few streets away, just a roadside corner where people park. It was already full, and they wanted us to leave our keys so they could move the car if other cars couldn't get out. That didn't make sense to me. It's not a parking lot, so why should I park there and hand over my keys? They should just say they don't have parking. I found a proper spot myself. We also heard people fighting and other noise at night. Worst place I've ever stayed, and I would never recommend it. Don't be fooled by the photos.

What a waste of money. The water was cold, there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms, and hygiene was nowhere to be seen. The curtains wouldn't close, the windows were old, and road noise came right into the room. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures, and the Turkish bath was especially bad. Worst hotel I've ever seen.

Everything went smoothly, and the staff were so attentive. The rooms were very clean and hygienic. Thanks so much for all the care and attention, LOF SUITE FAMILY. I'll always choose you 🙏

The location is the only good thing about this place. I've been waiting 14 hours for the hot water to be fixed, but they keep putting it off. The rooms aren't clean at all. I absolutely don't recommend it.
