Kupala Beach Hotel

The staff were warm and helpful throughout, and Ms. Kübra deserves a special thank you for being so attentive, cheerful, sincere, and natural. We really appreciated her care. It's an ideal family hotel if you want somewhere quiet to unwind, with everything close at hand. Waking up to that magnificent view was wonderful.

The sea is calm, clear, clean, and not too wavy, with lovely soft, fine sand. Being right on the beach is a real plus, since you don't have to drive covered in salty sand after swimming. The rooms were clean, the view was amazing, and it worked very well for families. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and worth the price. It may look a bit far from the city center, but there are central places within 20-30 km, and the distance helps keep the sea peaceful and clean. I sent my family there as soon as I left, and they were very happy too. Many thanks to the management, the staff, and especially Mr. Sadettin for being so kind and attentive. It's a lovely choice for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

The manager really made an effort to help us, and the guests seemed to be families. We had a lovely three-day family break at Büyükeceli Beach and enjoyed every moment by the beach. It was a shame there was no pool or playground for children, so away from the beach you're stuck in a tiny room. The rooms were badly maintained, the balcony hadn't been washed, and there was no room cleaning at all. We were surprised that breakfast had no omelet for four days. The food selection was limited, though what was served was tasty for a half-board stay. There were plenty of appetizers and the desserts were delightful. The snack bar was just mediocre. Thanks to everyone who contributed.

The beach was beautiful, and the waiter there was a wonderful guy. Inside the hotel, though, the service was frustrating. The front-desk gentleman was sullen and no help at all. Our triple room had only two towels and two bedspreads, and when we asked for more towels, we were told we could get them every two or three days. There was no toilet paper when we checked in. The housekeeper told us to ask at reception, so we went there and got it ourselves. We asked to extend our stay for a third day. They said to wait until 11:30 AM, even though a room was available, then told us to leave our room at 11:30 and wait until 2:00 PM for another one. We had a baby with us and were practically made to leave the triple room and wait for half an hour. When we asked to stay in the same room, the receptionist tried to help, but a more senior employee got angry and said, 'Don't interfere.' He told us to be out by 12:00 PM if we weren't changing rooms, so we rushed to leave, thanks to the manager who did. The room also wasn't the one in the video they sent us. They had said it would have a balcony, but ours didn't, which was a problem for smokers. There are no cots, only high chairs for babies in the dining area.
