Our tour company brought us here, and we had dinner at the hotel. The food was freshly made and delicious, and the hosts and his family were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We also loved the tidy room and its view. They met us with smiles and kindness. Bars and live music cafes are just a five-minute walk away. Thankyou for all the love and kindness :)

The hotel is old, but it’s right in the city centre with everything you might need nearby. Breakfast was very poor.

Small, but very clean.

The rooms are small and nicely cleaned, but the food was really disappointing. On the first day we got one tablespoon of beans with rice, and the next day it was one tablespoon of chicken stir-fry. Breakfast was just as poor. We asked for menemen, the Turkish egg dish, but they said it was too expensive to make. It was July, so how much could menemen really cost? They’re stingy with the food, and the portions aren’t even enough for children.

We picked this small boutique hotel on a whim after reaching Ayder. The room was so clean I could hardly believe it, and the sheets smelled wonderful. The floors were clean enough that we walked around in socks. It reminded us of staying at our grandmother’s house, and we were comfortable there with our two young children. They were kind to us and helpful about the price, so we changed our plans and stayed another night. Don’t expect too much from a small place, but it was spotless, and I’m very particular about cleanliness. We didn’t experience any rudeness. If we’d read the older reviews first, we might not have stayed, but I’d wholeheartedly recommend it.
