A lovely, traditional Black Sea hotel, all wood, with warm rooms and the nicest staff. It’s easy to walk around Ayder from there, and restaurants and shops are close by. The location is excellent, but it’s the staff’s friendly manner and welcoming hospitality that make the hotel. I’d highly recommend a stay 👌

We spent four nights there during the September floods and got through that anxious stretch without a single cold. Taking our shoes off at the door made it feel like coming home, not checking into a hotel. Thank you to this wonderful family for taking us in. If you want a home away from home, choose Bulma Hotel.

The rooms have lovely views, and I really liked the woodwork and design. The hotel is clean and spacious, with a warm, friendly welcome. I’d definitely recommend it, and hope I get the chance to visit again 😊

The location was ideal, quiet but still close to everything. The staff were welcoming and always smiling, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was good quality. A very good hotel, I recommend it without hesitation.
