The staff were really warm and helpful, which we appreciated. The room was mostly clean, but we did find a couple of hairs on the sheets, and the pull-out bed wasn't comfortable for a child. The bigger problem was the poor drainage. I don't know how easy that is to fix, but it caused a lot of inconvenience during our stay.

Cleanliness was handled with real care here. The bathroom was spotless and well kept, and the room was very clean too. It made the stay more comfortable, and I'd feel at ease choosing this hotel if hygiene is a priority.
