At 1 a.m., after a 12-hour drive, I wasn't expecting to argue about the room I'd booked. The receptionist insisted we take a much larger room and pay 50% more, even though the original size was available and, according to them, the hotel had plenty of rooms. I explained that our disabled daughter sleeps with us in the twin bed, but they wouldn't listen or try to accommodate us. I left and found another hotel. The receptionist was not disability-friendly. Very disappointing.

Free, secure parking, a great breakfast, and clean rooms, all for a low price. The hotel sits between 101 and BIM. Definitely worth it.

Parking was easy to get into and felt safe. The breakfast was tasty, with plenty of choice and everything laid out nicely. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the location worked well for us, close to Erasta mall and within walking distance of Margi outlet and Migros.
