Oasis Pansiyon Hotel

The building is old but kept beautifully, and it was spotless. Our stay was very good, especially thanks to the reception ladies, who were always polite and ready to help. There was one issue worth mentioning for other guests. Before arriving, we called to confirm the room and the price, and agreed we’d pay at check-in. We also said we expected to arrive around 1:00 a.m. Later, a man from the hotel called us three times about the delay, although we’d explained we were coming from abroad and might be a little late. At check-in, that same man tried to raise the agreed price, saying we’d booked for three people but had arrived as four. The room had one king-size bed and three single beds. We did get the matter sorted out in the end, but I wanted to note what happened.

I loved my stay here. The building and rooms are beautiful, the staff are so nice, and there’s a lovely garden. Breakfast was fantastic too.

I found this place while looking for a pet-friendly hotel on Google Maps as I was passing through Edirne, and decided to try it. The price was very fair, the service was kind and professional, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the bed was comfortable. I’d happily recommend it. The owner kindly let me bring two dogs at short notice and helped me park across the street. The hotel is in a lovingly restored historic building that’s 118 years old. From my room I could see the main mosque and hear the call to prayer. It’s a pleasant, pedestrian-friendly area with nice bars and restaurants, and breakfast was tasty. The owners run the place themselves and have a lovely hospitality background; they met while studying hospitality at university. I was very pleased with my stay.

If you like old-fashioned architecture, you’ll enjoy this place. It’s a huge renovated mansion, with a dining room downstairs and an outdoor yard. I wish my own house were that big. The woman at reception was really nice and helpful.
