We were very comfortable here as a family with the children, and really pleased with how clean it was. The air conditioning, TV, and shower all worked perfectly.

I was very satisfied with this clean, quiet, peaceful, beautiful place. The staff were attentive, kind, and helpful.

Don't be fooled by the rating. This place doesn't deserve even one star, and they most likely boosted it with their own reviews. The rooms are very dirty, the toilet and bathroom are awful, and the windows won't close. It feels like a house turned into a hotel.

The room was awful, and so were the owners. There were spider webs everywhere, and we didn't get the balcony we were promised. When we raised it, the owner's wife and daughter cursed at us and chased us away. After all these years using booking.com, I've never experienced anything like that. There were bits of dirt on the floor and everywhere else. The place was so unhygienic, and when I brought it up they said, “Then don't stay here, go away!” We were travelling with 2 children and were shocked. I would never recommend it! We never said we wanted to stay longer. The owner, or supposedly not the owner, whom you were looking for in the evening, told us to stay until 12. I have other photos of the room and can post them if you want. Every wall was FULL of insects and spiders. The argument started when we asked where our balcony was. There isn't one, as you can see in the photo. I don't know you, so there's no way I would want to harm you. We're sharing our experience! Also, Booking.com says 24-hour check-in is possible. If that's not true, remove that text. You gave us a room with fake photos, and after I left everything behind and travelled for 30 hours, you said, “you can leave now.” It's ridiculous to complain about this as if it were ethical. I'm warning you and all our fellow expatriates. Also, instead of claiming the room has one double bed and two single beds, maybe change it to one double bed, one single bed, and a mattress on the floor. 😅
