The breakfast changed each morning, and everything I tried was delicious. I spent three days here and found the room spotless; the staff were warm and helped with anything I needed. For Edirne, it’s among the cheapest places, yet the quality is surprisingly high. A good stop if you’re heading to Bulgaria.
We stopped here while travelling from Bulgaria to Istanbul. The lentil soup tasted stale, and the rice pudding was awful, much too watery and sugary. I hope I don’t end up with food poisoning. If anything happens over the next few hours, I’ll update this.
At 50 euros a night, it feels far too expensive for what you get.
The location is handy, near the pedestrian area, bazaar and mosque, but the neighborhood reminded me of Rahova - Ferentari in Bucharest. Finding a spot on the very narrow street was difficult, and parking is on the street. The building and room were tidy and very clean, no complaints there.
We stayed one night in August 2025, four of us in one room. It was clean and had air conditioning, and breakfast was a decent buffet. The staff were really good people. We were happy with our stay and thank them all.
