We first booked two nights, then extended our stay to four. The room views of the mountains, with clouds and fog passing by, were amazing. The hotel is spotless, and breakfast was fresh and wonderful. Mehmet Bey and his wife are extremely nice and polite, and made the stay memorable. It’s a family-run place right alongside Firtina river, tucked into the foothills of the Kackar mountain range. Parking is easy to find, and the courtyard has a relaxing majlis seating area for guests. They serve tea, and it feels like home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ayder or Cemlihemsin.

The host was helpful and accommodating, and breakfast was great. We loved the room, it was neat, clean and comfortable, with a pretty view. If you’re parking by the main road, it’s easy to reach the place over the bridge across the river. Super romantic!

Fatih is a wonderful person who takes care of you and can point you to the tourist spots and restaurants you’re looking for. The whole family is very friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and elegant, and the height was really amazing. The location is excellent, among the tourist places but away from the crowds. The place is absolutely amazing, and I’ll definitely come again.

Fifty Three Otel is a clean, peaceful place, well placed for visiting the gems of Rize, including Ayder, Ardeşen and ZilKalesi. It’s a mix of bungalows and a small coffee spot, and the Bungalov/Suites have a Jaquzzi, great for relaxing. It’s near Fırtına Dere, where you can swim to cool off. Breakfast was plentiful, and I think we had the best Muhlama in Rize here. They also serve dinner, like fish, kebab and chicken, all fresh and handmade by the hosts. Fruit and Cay are offered as “İkram” too. It made for a heartwarming stay, and we’d recommend it to everyone.
