The room was the cleanest we had during our four-week road trip, and our host was friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night because we were unsure at first, as it was our first time in this part of Turkey. At breakfast, the staff didn’t speak English, and an English QR code showing the optional fresh items would help. We only discovered fresh omelettes when another guest ordered in Turkish. Otherwise it was a perfect stay. The room felt nearly as luxurious as the one we had at Raddison Ankara, so hopefully the hotel can charge a little more in future.

We’re from Taiwan, and found the hotel very welcoming. The owner is a kind gentleman, and the staff were also kind and helpful. Our room was neat and tidy. Many thanks for everything.

The hotel breakfast was really good, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and restaurants and a supermarket were super close by.

I spent two days here earlier this month, and the hotel was clean. Everyone on staff was cooperative and generous, and there’s a kids’ park just across the road. The historical sites are within walking distance. Hotel Manager Mr. Momer was very kind and could speak English, which is a bit rare in Sivas. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice, and Ms. Döne and her team were especially efficient. I’d lost my baggage on the flight from India, with all my necessary things in it, and the hotel supported me in every way they could.

We barely had time at the hotel and left before breakfast, but the room was excellent, with the best shower I’ve ever had. The front desk staff were friendly, and there seemed to be enough open street parking spots.
