Vagona Tiny House

This was my second stay at Vagona Tiny House, and it was peaceful again, surrounded by greenery and away from city noise. Mostly you hear birds and running water, with the occasional car. It’s a lovely place to recharge if you want a calm escape into nature. I’d go with relatives or four friends, spend the evening chatting, take in the scenery, and barbecue under the stars. The vagon interior is cozy and rustic. Cooking indoors isn’t really possible for safety reasons, so bring canned or pre-packed food, or use the barbecue area. They don’t fully provide the equipment, so bring your own. There’s free delivery from a nearby restaurant, and I recommend the tavuk şiş from Lazmaris Restoran. The local breakfast was decent, and Hafıza Hanım deserves a special thanks for making several delicious dishes. She was warm and welcoming. Her kuymak was a highlight of my whole Karadeniz visit, and something I’d wanted to try for ages. The internet is weak, as you’d expect somewhere rural, so don’t count on Wi-Fi. That could be a plus if you want to disconnect. The vagons are showing some age and wear, probably because of the local climate, and could use a bit of maintenance. That didn’t affect my overall experience, though. It may not suit everyone, but the quiet and nature make it worth a visit if you’re after a restful break.

The place was clean and comfortable, with a great river view and a unique, delicious breakfast. The family there are awesome. I got sick, and they took me to the hospital and stayed with me the whole time.

Mr.Omer was amazing and very helpful, and they’re good people. The breakfast was good, too. A really nice place for a special time, highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay there. The place was excellent, the service was great, and it was clean.
