The place doesn't deserve even one star. I'm giving it five so this review gets noticed. Ms. Asiye, did you really earn the money you took? The bedding was filthy, with mismatched colors, and the pillows and pillowcases were disgusting. People sleep in those beds. When we asked for clean sheets, we were told to take the ones left in the hallway and on the railings. How is that acceptable? The cookware was awful too: the pans were beyond Teflon, the pots had no handles, and it felt like you'd handed guests things you couldn't bring yourself to throw out at home. Please throw away those dirty knives, forks, and spoons as well. Anyone who cares about cleanliness should avoid this place; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And the daily calls asking for money were the icing on the cake, Ms. Asiye. I hope this makes you take the work seriously and get things in order.

We had a wonderful holiday break. You have to experience this first-class vacation for yourself, so don't miss it.

We're in apartment 5 on the second floor this time, after a previous stay on the ground floor that left us very satisfied. It's a clean, airy and spacious 86 m2 one-bedroom apartment, with a closed kitchen, practical new furniture, and a sea view from the room. The layout is functional, too. It's close to the sea as well as large supermarkets, shopping malls, and the city center. Ms. Asiye, the owner, is genuinely attentive and good at finding solutions. Thanks to them, and here's to many more customers 🤍

Ms. Asiye was a lovely host, and the residence was spotless, hygienic, and well located. We spent four nights there and it met everything we expected. We'd happily come back for 15 days next year if it's available. Thanks again.

I'm studying at university in Çanakkale and wanted somewhere to stay while showing my family around. Someone recommended A Suit Residence, so we booked an apartment there. It was sweet, comfortable, and clean. Asiye was attentive and caring, too, and we were really pleased with our stay.
