The location makes it easy to get to shops, restaurants, and hamams, and it’s convenient for embassy-related activities. It also gives embassy visitors an added sense of security and peace of mind. We’ve stayed here many times, and it’s always been a pleasure. The recent renovation has transformed the hotel into a luxurious place, with new carpet, renovated bathrooms, and clean, impressive rooms that still feel warm and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and attentive. From check-in through departure, everyone we met was courteous and accommodating, whether helping with a restaurant recommendation, arranging transportation, or simply offering a warm smile. They made us feel valued and worked hard to make the stay feel perfect. I especially want to mention the hotel manager, Tekin. He personally spoke with guests and made sure their needs were met. He’s approachable and clearly cares about guest experiences, and his dedication shows in how the whole staff provides service. Bravo, and I hope to see you soon!

The hotel is in a good location, with clean, nice rooms, pleasant staff, and a good breakfast. During my stay, smoke came through the central air conditioning into my non-smoking room late at night. When I mentioned it in the morning, the hotel kindly said they would have been happy to change my room if I’d told them during the night. Aside from that, I was happy with the hotel for a short stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with a hair dryer and kettle. It’s an older building and there wasn’t much of a view, plus the Wi-Fi was slow. There’s a gas station nearby, and a mini market around the hotel. Walk about five minutes and you’ll find plenty of shops and cafes. It was a good stay overall.
