I’m giving it just two stars. The location is on the way to the tourist areas, and services are available. But they don’t clean daily, there’s no air conditioning, and it gets hot inside, reaching 36 degrees on some days. There’s no washing machine either.

We spent four nights here with friends. It’s an affordable, very clean house, and the hosts are attentive. Probably the most sensible accommodation choice in the area.

For a clean, reliable, affordable place to stay in Rize or nearby, this is the right address.

It’s a fully furnished villa with everything, including kitchen and dining room furniture, and internet access. The only thing missing is a washing machine.

A really clean house, and I recommend it. It’s the most reasonable accommodation option around.
