The rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the staff were rude, careless, and unprofessional. I arranged for my foreign family members to stay here, and it was a terrible experience. They had been promised an extra bed, but when they arrived very late at night, tired from traveling, it wasn’t provided. They had to wait an hour. Getting extra sheets and towels was a tedious process too: they repeatedly had to go downstairs, and the response took a casual two hours. The staff had no manners and didn’t respond to communication. You don’t need to understand the language to recognize how rude they were. As a Turkish person, I found it particularly embarrassing. It’s a shame that a business like this reflects so poorly on the hospitality I wanted to show my family from my country. With this work ethic and philosophy, I believe they have very little way to go. I wouldn’t trust this place to make your loved ones comfortable.

The rooms are small, and the hotel is on a very narrow street. I came in my Yukon GMC and found parking difficult. Still, we loved the hospitality and breakfast. The service was good, people were kind and helpful, and my family and I enjoyed the welcome.

There was no window in the room, and it felt like there was no oxygen. The facility’s engine ran noisily 24 hours a day, and the surrounding neighborhood was poor.

Everything was fine here. A solid place to stay.
