Bricks Hotel Istanbul

The room was bigger than I expected, with a modern interior and a relaxed feel. It looked stylish but was practical too, and the details seemed thoughtfully done. It was spotless when I arrived, and daily housekeeping kept it tidy throughout my stay. For the room quality and service, the price felt very reasonable compared with other places I've stayed. Everything was organized and welcoming from arrival, and I'd happily come back. It's a clean, modern, comfortable option at a fair price.

We slept well in a comfortable, clean room with a good bed. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was decent with some variety from day to day. The airport transfer was good quality and reasonably priced. The windows could do a better job blocking sound, though. Still one of my better stays.

Mine, our housekeeper, was the highlight of the stay. She's incredibly sweet, joyful, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The other reviews about her aren't exaggerating. The rest of the hotel was wonderful too. The staff were professional, several spoke fluent English, and breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious.

We'd be glad to stay here again when we're back in Istanbul. The hotel is stunning and close enough to walk to Memorial hospital. People throughout the hotel made the visit special. Ismail at the front door and Salih at reception made a memorable first impression and kept it up during our stay. Arda and Yunus, the bellmen, were always smiling and ready to help. Teoman at breakfast and Enge at the restaurant ran their teams with military precision and five-star courtesy. The room cleaning and supply staff were polite, did a great job, and went out of their way for us.
