The staff were welcoming, spoke great English, and were very helpful. I also really appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea. The modern rooms are nicely furnished, and the location makes it easy to get to Istanbul’s main tourist and business areas on foot or by transport. For the price, it’s a fantastic hotel. There was a little water damage in the shower from the floor above. I let the staff know, and they moved quickly to get it sorted.

The location made it easy to get around, with lots of places close by. I had a really great stay. Levent at reception was kind and helpful and made everything easy, and the cleaners were always friendly and sweet. I’d definitely stay here again.

I’ve been here in summer, autumn, and winter, and the quality of the stay has been consistently high. The rooms are spotless, the staff are welcoming, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. Reliable Wi-Fi and great water pressure are useful extras. A truly excellent stay, and an easy recommendation.

Hi! I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The staff were rude and the service was terrible, while the food selection was disappointing. Our room smelled damp, and the hot water was turned off. For this price, there are plenty of other options. I definitely won’t be back.

We only stayed one night, and the free upgrade from our standard room was a nice surprise. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and there was free tea and coffee overnight. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely designed. The area felt a little iffy at first, but we didn’t have any problems. The AC was cold and couldn’t be adjusted. Toothpaste wasn’t in the room at first, but they brought some when we asked late at night. A comfortable option for a short visit.
