There was cigarette smoke all over, even on the non-smoking floor, and our room reeked of it. Nobody in my family smokes. Breakfast choices were poor, and the omelettes were burnt. Reception staff were unfriendly, didn't speak English, and weren't helpful. We were four in a family room and asked for a second remote, but they refused to bring one.

The room was extremely hot because the air conditioner didn't work, and the water pressure was so low and awful that I'd never experienced anything like it. Good luck staying here in summer. Customer service really needs to improve. We paid for breakfast, but in the morning the woman wouldn't let us in because our name wasn't on her list. After we waited 15 minutes for her to check with reception, she let us in, but never apologized for her attitude. I don't know why this place has four stars. It shouldn't.

I stayed here two weeks ago and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, the staff were professional, and breakfast service was excellent. In my opinion, it's easily the best hotel in the city, and I'd honestly recommend it.

I want to thank all the staff and management for working hard and being dedicated to giving guests the best service possible. I especially want to thank yiğit. I can't say enough about his kindness and how he helped people. He's a real gentleman with an amazing personality and attitude. I really enjoyed talking with him on my last day. He speaks English, so whenever I needed help, I could explain my problem without difficulty. I wish you all happiness, and I hope we meet again someday. Thank you!
