Pirotel Hotel

On July 29, 2025, the AC kept failing, so I had to restart it every 15-20 minutes. When I complained, staff said it was old and they couldn't do anything. They wouldn't move me to another room, even though other rooms were available, and they were rude and arrogant throughout. I paid for a service and got something substandard, with no effort to help. They also didn't give me a payment receipt, apparently to evade tax. What are you doing in hospitality? Shame on this service.

The rooms and bathrooms are small, but they were super clean and not uncomfortable, especially for the price. You can stay here without any trouble, and I'd choose it again without hesitation. It's also very affordable and close to the famous sights and restaurants. The staff were kind and helped with anything we needed, including heating our food and getting warm milk. Breakfast was fresh and amazing. They were understanding and welcoming when we had a booking issue, too, and helped us avoid possibly losing money. Anything we needed, they provided.

You get what you need for a cheap price here, including a really good breakfast. The room was a little old but very clean. It's right in the city centre, set back from the main road, so it was very quiet.

We stayed for two nights as a family in an economy-class room. The hotel has two parking lots, helpful staff, and breakfast. Its central location near Mevlana Square is a big plus.
