Derya Otel

Hotel Derya was peaceful and convenient, and it felt like good value for money. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. I had an excellent stay and would happily come back.

Everything looked just like the pictures, neat, modern, and well kept. My room at Hotel Derya was spacious, beautifully designed, very clean, and comfortable, with a cozy bed. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax, and it seemed clear the hotel cares about cleanliness and guest comfort. I had a great stay and would recommend Hotel Darya to anyone wanting a pleasant, comfortable place. I’d gladly stay again.

We arrived around midnight and asked about a reservation. We got a better price and a good room, thanks to Mr Eyup at reception, who helped us. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the lobby was decent. Turkish tea is free around the clock.

The room smelled of smoke, so anyone with breathing problems should avoid it. My mother and father in law had no towel for their shower, and the other towel had a hole. Spare sheets had several questionable stains that looked like urine, feces, semen, blood, or some combination. The smoke alarm was covered, so it couldn’t detect smoke, which is a serious safety hazard. When we raised these issues, the team didn’t seem to care. Service felt uncaring throughout, and the staff didn’t respond when I told them about the problems. Breakfast was terrible, and there was no coffee. Avoid this place. If the hotel really cared, it would listen to the reviews. With so many safety and customer service failures, I wouldn’t be surprised if the business went downhill.
