Ahmet pointed me toward some great local food, and Yosilip helped me book a bus to Denizli. I’d gotten lost and stumbled across the hotel, which turned out to be very handy: it’s right by the tram to Konya Central Bus Station, with attractions and good food nearby. The room and facilities were basic but clean, fine for a day spent out exploring.

The location was good, and the staff really did try to help with what they had. Still, after staying in plenty of good and bad hotels, this was the worst for me. The bathroom stall leaked, and the towels smelled moldy.

The pillows were awful, and breakfast was very poor, with food that seemed rotten. There was no tea-making setup or refrigerator either.

A bad hotel. There was no internet and no security.
