Musa at reception was very nice, helpful, and polite, and the breakfast was freshly made and good. If you need laundry, ask him for help: he'll get you a good price, one machine load for 500 instead of paying 100 per piece. The room was very small and cramped, with no view from the window except the parking lot. The mattress was uncomfortable, and because two single beds were put together, I got back pain and had to go for a massage. There's no elevator, only stairs. The kitchen workers argued loudly for over 30 minutes, and on my second day a Turkish receptionist even told them to quiet down. The weather was gloomy, rainy, and misty.

The lobby and cafe areas were comfortable, and there were lots of lovely decorations and paintings that showed the owner's artistic taste and attention to detail. The rooms were beautiful, and I felt like a princess there! The view and balcony were great too. It costs less than other hotels, and I loved the place.

The highlight for us was how welcoming everyone was, especially Mr. Emre at reception, who took such good care of us. My wife and I had a lovely three-day stay, and we enjoyed everything from the location to the staff’s friendliness.
