The room was on the small side, with a compact toilet and a tiny sink. The lounge furniture also looked old and could do with an update. Still, the location in the city center was a real plus. There’s parking, and restaurants, the masjid, and the lake are all easy to get to. The hotel is modest rather than luxurious, but the staff were very helpful. Abdulkader was especially supportive and hospitable, and made our stay comfortable. Thanks for the warm welcome.

The lake view from the room was wonderful, and the location was excellent. The room could use a mirror and a telephone, and the TV selection was limited to Turkish channels or a few MBC Arabic channels. The staff were excellent and always had a good attitude.

The place was clean and the view was nice, though there was a bit of a smell from the nearby restaurant. There was no toilet paper, and the refrigerator wasn't working.
