The service was very bad. There’s not much more to say. Please stay away.

There are two-bedroom and one-bedroom suites, plus cabins and apartments, and the rooms are excellent. The hotel is close to the lake and markets, with a mosque and small grocery store nearby. Staff are very helpful and parking is available. Thanks to Sister Zainab, always helpful and smiling, and Brother Muhammad from Syria.

The place was beautiful, and the way they treated us was so gracious. It was a lovely experience, and I was happy dealing with them, especially Mohammed Al-Khader, who’s very nice.

We rented a tidy, clean three-bedroom apartment on the second floor for a reasonable price. It faced the street and had plenty of parking. The stairs up to it were steep, so it wouldn’t suit elderly people. The hotel and villas next door have the same name, and they share reception and excellent Wi-Fi.

I’ve stayed there twice, and both times they gave me a respectable discount. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels. Zainab is so kind and generous, and she loves welcoming guests. Thank you, Zainab ❤❤❤
