The manager was rude, aggressive, and dishonest. They kept promising to sort things out, but nothing changed, and they wouldn't cooperate when I tried to cancel. He made it clear that collecting his money mattered more than my child's safety. I had a baby with me, and the conditions felt unacceptable. It was already midnight, so I had nowhere else to go. At first they gave me an unsafe electric heater with no protective cover, which was dangerous with a child. I've attached a photo as evidence. It was a very cold night, and they refused to switch on the heating until I got into a serious argument with them. I nearly called the police. The place was dusty and extremely dirty, with no room service or proper facilities and basic services. It shouldn't be classified as a hotel, it's a disgrace. The listing used the name Are Hotel, which apparently doesn't exist. Instead, a place called Dear Hotel accepted the booking without explaining this beforehand. I urge others to avoid it.

I booked a stay for 29 April to 03 May 2022 back in March, but the hotel has now cancelled it and raised its prices. Rooms for those same dates are still available, just at higher rates. They cancelled my booking to make more money, so booking early seems pointless. This is a scam. They're thieves.

You're right in the center of this beautiful village, with everything nearby, from a mini supermarket and local gift shops to cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and ready for us. We did have to buy our own shampoo and soap, though, and if you drink coffee, don't count on the kettle being very useful. I still recommend the hotel despite those things.

The room was unbearably hot, but the staff wouldn't help us with a fan. When we told them how hot it was, he didn't even come to check.

The breakfast was amazing, and the room felt really comfortable with its lovely wood design. They also offer free parking. I was surprised to find such a wonderful place in Uzungol at a low price. The owner was kind and very helpful. Highly recommended.
