Alaçatı 716 Hotel

For just a one-night stay, it may be fine for somewhere to sleep. If you’re looking for excellence, though, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The garden under the bougainvillea was one of my favorite parts, whether we were having breakfast or sitting together in the evening. The hotel is five minutes from the center, but it’s quiet, and the central spot worked well since my sister and I didn’t have a car. We stayed five days and were pleased from beginning to end. After an 18-19 hour bus ride, we arrived before 2 PM and were greeted warmly. They brought us cold drinks right away, which I especially appreciated because we were exhausted. We knew check-in wasn’t due yet and were ready to wait, but they checked our room and got us in as soon as it was ready. Many thanks to the woman who welcomed us ♥️. They also carried our suitcases up. On arrival, they explained cleaning, the mini-bar, and breakfast times. The room was nice and perfectly adequate, and the AC worked very well. Breakfast was just right, with delicious food, and staff kept coming by to see if we needed anything. When we left, they gave us a special send-off and asked whether they could help with anything. For the price, it’s a great hotel with very friendly staff. I’d love to stay again 💜.

It was a terrible part of our holiday. We’d paid extra for a slightly larger room, but it smelled awful, and the only fix they offered was room spray. Breakfast was supposed to run from 9 to 11. One day they said there was no bread and left us waiting at the table for half an hour. The next day they said my friend had fallen asleep and there was a gas cylinder problem, so we waited until 10. The breakfast itself was the worst I’ve had during a stay in Alaçatı. For two people, they put a quarter of a bagel in the basket, and the cheese was the lowest quality. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The location is excellent, close to the market and everything else. Mr. Deniz greeted us kindly and politely, and did all he could to help. Our room was clean, warm, and simple, just how we liked it. We’ve added 716 Boutique Hotel to our list for future holidays. Many thanks to Mr. Deniz :))
