Amour Alacati Butik Otel

There was a small hygiene issue in our bathroom, but they sorted it out right away. The staff were very helpful, and the Turkish breakfast was on point. I’d recommend it.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The owner is a great, friendly and helpful person, and the staff were excellent, especially the guy at reception.

I’ve never come across a hotel this filthy and unhygienic. We pay to go on holiday and relax, then arrive to a real disappointment. The bed linens and towels were dirty, and even the mattress protectors had hair and dirt on them. There wasn’t any water in the fridge, which also didn’t work, and finding water anywhere at the hotel was impossible. Service was mediocre. Don’t let the price fool you, you’ll be very disappointed.

I gave it five stars only to get this review seen. They greet you with a smile, but the rooms are much smaller than the photos suggest. The air conditioners barely cool, and the mini-fridge doesn’t cool at all. There’s a terrible smell in the toilets and around the pool. In the evenings staff sit by the pool or in the garden, which bothered me a lot. Some guests were making what was practically a poolside party until 5 am. I called twice during the night to complain, but nothing changed. I also felt some staff lacked manners, especially the middle-aged blonde woman. If you want tiny rooms, awful smells and loud music waking you up at night, this is the place. Absolutely don’t go. I made a mistake and won’t go near this establishment again. The only person I was satisfied with and want to thank is Mr. Ilhan. Thank you for your hard work.
