Beyaz ev Hotel

Really good value for the price. The hotel is in the center of Alacati, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. The owner was helpful too.

The rooms are way too expensive for an old, dirty facility. They should charge a quarter of what they’re asking now.

We ended up finding another hotel ourselves after losing nine hours to delays and conflicting excuses. We had booked through Tatil Sepeti, but our room had apparently been given to someone else. Instead of telling us plainly, they first said the previous guests hadn’t checked out and there was no spare key, and that they couldn’t reach them. Later they said there were things in the room and offered to put us up at their hotel in Çeşme center. We had booked because we wanted to stay in Alaçatı, so we didn’t want that. They said we could check in at 2 that way, but by 8 we still hadn’t gotten into a room. When we said we’d stop by the last hotel, Baki said he wasn’t there and would call when he arrived. At 10, fed up, we went over and found him sitting there comfortably. He said his employee had extended the room for the people staying in it. He again wanted to send us to the hotel in Çeşme center, which would have been great, except the room door there opened when its lock came undone by itself while we were getting ready. Since we refused the Çeşme city center hotel, he said Tatil Sepeti would arrange a room for us. If they’d simply told us at the start that they’d sold our room, instead of lying and stringing us along, this wouldn’t have become such a problem. We absolutely do not recommend it.
