I really enjoyed staying at Kondo Suites. It's an apart hotel, with a room, living area, kitchen and bathroom of your own. The view is lovely, especially at sunset from the balcony with a drink. There's also a swimming pool. The apartment was clean and the daily housekeeping brought fresh, clean-looking towels and sheets. It's older and could use some maintenance and better decor, but it was simple and comfortable for the price. The reception staff were kind, respectful, and always smiling and willing to help. Thanks to all of them. Only the manager speaks English, so when he wasn't around I got a chance to practice my poor Turkish :p You can walk about 20 minutes to the bus station, seaside, marina mall, or beach. I didn't see many taxis around, but reception can call one. A ride to the bus station or seaside was around 30 TL and took 5/8 minutes. I'd stay here again with friends, but not on my own. The apartment felt like too much space for one person.

Big rooms, helpful and polite staff, and good value. It's close to downtown Cesme and works perfectly if you're visiting by car.

We were happy with the service. The ground-floor rooms are a bit nicer and cooler, but at night the air conditioning noise made it hard to sleep. The balconies sit right beside each other, so there isn't much privacy. The hotel is well equipped, maybe too much for a short break if you won't cook in your room. For a big family with a car it seems ideal, though getting to the nearest beach on foot every day can be a hassle if you don't have one.
