This was my second visit to this lovely hotel in Alaçati, and we had a wonderful time. Our upper-floor room felt more spacious and comfortable than the one before. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The pool area is the real highlight, a relaxing place to unwind. Breakfast was above average, with options for different tastes. The music outside can be a downside in lively Alaçati, but the owners let guests use the pool until midnight, which was a nice touch. Parking is conveniently close, so no need to worry about finding a spot. I'm already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Alachatim!

There isn't a parking space, and you can't reach the place by car. We had to spend hours searching for parking. The older receptionist, who I think is the owner, welcomed us nicely, but the goodbye was awful. While I was sleeping, the cheap bed's right back leg broke. It scared me because I could have fallen and hit my head. The owner, an older lady, shouted at me in front of my colleagues and relatives and accused me of breaking it. That aggressive, unprofessional behavior isn't acceptable in tourism. I will report and notithis to Turkish Government. I also found 3 huge cockroaches in the room one evening. The floors weren't clean, and the tea glasses were dirty, so I skipped breakfast and tea for 2 days. I highly don't recommend this place.

While we were staying at the hotel, they gossiped about us with other customers and said we were unqualified customers. That was really upsetting.
