Ozengi Apart Pansiyon

It felt well worth the price. The location is really convenient, in a clean and peaceful neighborhood.

Good service and, for cleanliness, no comment! 😃 10/10 🙂 Great for families.

The apartment was clean, which was the only good thing about it. The owner said they don't provide the things listed below because those are only supplied by hotels. There was no WiFi, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, gas for the kitchen stove, AC, or towels. The shower and sink faucet handles were both broken. Checking in was inconvenient and full of drama. There was no front desk, so we had to call the owner to come over. On the day we arrived, he first refused to give us the apartment unless we paid extra. He said he'd made a pricing mistake when listing the 2 bedroom apartment on Expedia/hotel.com and didn't want to honor the price he had charged. Then he offered us a room with a shared kitchen and bathroom instead. When we called Expedia about it, he told them the 2 bedroom apartment had an electricity issue, so he let us stay in another 1 bedroom apartment of his. It was a horrible experience both checking in and staying here. Don't book this hotel at any cost.

Mehmet was fantastic to communicate with. The apartment was very nice and clean, and the location was really good. We'd stay here again.
